Meet the Team!

Hi, I'm Utkarsha! I weave stories of anxiety, attachment, trauma, grief, joy, and pleasure in the therapy room, with a lot of patience and uncountable number of frowns.

I am building The Coping Central with the aim of making conversations around mental health easier and more accessible. My practice is trauma informed, neuro-queer affirmative, and it is built on the principles of narrative therapy, attachment theory, psychodynamic and existential school of thought. In my therapy room, we work towards making space for all our emotions, lots of metaphors, and an undercurrent of humour!

Hi hi! I'm Saumya and I can help you ease your anxiety, grief, self esteem, body image or whatever it is you want to bring to this space.

I love working with adolescents and young adults and prefer using techniques from humanistic, positive and narrative school of thought. I'm always up to discuss therapy, but since I'm mildly passionate about everything so, if you'd like to talk about pop culture, feminism, dogs or anything in between, I'm up!

Hi! I’m Tina and I work with my clients towards unpacking their experiences surrounding trauma, body image, attachment, and neurodivergence, using a socio-political lens.

My work is informed by Psychodynamic, Person Centered and Narrative schools of thought. I believe in making the therapeutic space safe-enough, and not having it be devoid of humour (and a lot of Brooklyn 99 references!) I consider it an honour to be a part of the rich stories and experiences that people allow me to witness in the therapy room.

Hola! I'm Pratika, your friendly neurospicy neighbourhood psychologist, and an overflowing bag of emotions.

I'm here to help you tackle everything from relationship woes to anxiety, from career-related chaos to academic stress. With an ADHD brain of my own, I'm all about embracing differences and honouring lived experiences. When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me curled up with a tear-jerker of a book, visualising the details of my ideal library, or adding the 112th item to my TBR list.

Hey hey! I'm Tanisha, therapist, flower hoarder, skincare researcher, and one who processes feelings through paint.

My practice is grounded in the belief that well-being is a collective responsibility, and I work with clients navigating anxiety, grief, trauma histories, gender, identity, and interpersonal relationships. My approach is shaped by narrative therapy, person-centered practice, REBT, body work, and art-based approaches, alongside my own lived experience of neurodivergence.

Hi! I’m Ananya, your next-door curious therapist who probably thinks in movie metaphors more than she should.

In my therapy room, everything is welcome, from tangled emotions, tricky attachments, anxious spirals, and even that one memory from 2008 that still randomly attacks you in the shower. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, person-centred, and narrative schools of thought, which basically means I deeply value your story, your pace, and your unique way of making sense of the world. Therapy here isn’t about ‘fixing’, it’s about sitting with the mess, understanding it, and maybe even laughing a little through it.

Hi, I’m Svasti. I bring care and curiosity to the therapy room, often conveyed through laughter and flailing hand gestures.

I work with adults navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, identity, and relationships. All your stories are welcome in the therapy room; you’re the expert on your own life. I tend to draw from narrative and psychodynamic approaches in therapy. Language is at the heart of my work; in sessions, we look closely at both the words we use and the ones we don't. As a therapist and a person, I love thinking and feeling, and talking about all the things I think and feel.
